No Installation on date provided

After confirming the date of installation via sms(as they request) on 2015/09/03. I then received an sms this morning at 8h40 ( the confirmed date) that technicians are on there way to install my new telkom line. I promptly cancel plans for the entire day to be there to meet the technicians. They have still not arrived or had a call or sms since the message in the morning.<br> <br> The service I received inside the Liberty Midlands Mall Branch was Excellent but the technicians let telkom down.
