No installation as promised

We are supposed to be converted to fibre under the new offer from Telkom. We agreed to the trial and Telkom even sent an SMS to confirm the day that they will come. That day is nearly a week ago and no one has arrived. No voicemail has been left on my, or my wife's, phone and someone has been available at our premises all the time. The pole with the fibre connection is in my property so this is not a big installation.<br> <br> Please can you actually install it as promised. Due to the nature of my job, I cannot answer calls during the day but please leave voicemail with contact details if there is a problem.
