NO INSTALLATION???

Telkom promised to install our ADSL line on 26/10/2015. On 26th we waited the whole day and nobody showed. I got a message that Telkom will install on 29/10/2015, on 29th the technician told us he is busy he will see us later the day, no one showed... On 30/10/2015 the technician Siemens called and said he will install today, then he shows up with his wife at the site at 12:45 and told us he is sorry for not coming on the 29th because he was looking for a house to stay in, WHAT THE HECK??? Looking for a house on a working day???? He then looked around our office AFTER we told him there is ALREADY a spare line in our office and that he only needs connect the line and then he left again, 14:30 he showed up again and told us he left his tool somewhere and someone stole it from him he will come an finish on Monday. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE as we run a business and need the line ASAP!!<br> <br> I am not at ALL happy with this technician name Siemens and feels that he is TOTALLY unprofessional and utterly hopeless!<br> <br> We want our line installed ASAP!!!!!!
