No installation

After paying my hard earned 700 for deposit to install a line, they took 2 weeks to even send me a installation date, today is the 9th, and the order was set for the 7th , and still without internet, it has been a month since we had no internet, our order number is *** , escalation *** , the excuse was , they are fixing the exchange, that is why they cannot install the line, \we want to assure quality products". Does it take a month to fix a cable in the exchange? does it require the whole areas' technicians to fix that cable"
