No Instalation
To start off, I have been applying for an ADSL line since March 2015. After numerous attempts we finally got passed all that and installation date was received for 21 September 2015. NO ONE ARRIVED.<br> On querying this, I was told that the installation was cancelled. Having to re-apply for another line, an installation date was issued for 27 November 2015.On 06 November 2015 I received notification of installation on 07 November 2015. NO ONE ARRIVED - AGAIN !!<br> This is now the 2nd time this has happened. Now I got notification of installation on 12 November 2015. Will this installation actually happen ???<br> I am so frustrated with Telkom and the services is seriously lacking !!
