No incoming calls due to port

I recently ported to telkom two weeks ago and since then I've not been unhappy with the network because I can't get incoming calls.. I've been to the branches and I've called the customer service and have since only got a case number. I'm so mad and regret porting. Mind you I must wait for 3 months before trying to port out of all this unhappiness
