No incoming calls

Took a contract with Telkom around May and decided to port my number from vodacom to Telkom. Ever since then, most of my incoming calls are blocked. I have logged calls with Telkom and even visted their store @ Eastgate mall. I still have not found a resolution. I received a call informing me that they tried to call me but could not get through. How do you expect to get hold of me on the same line I have been complaining about? does it then mean its ok to close the call simply because you could not get hold of? I need this resolved ASAP
