No improvement in sales dont waste my time

<p>Had an issue with a previous application as complained earlier, Called in on the 23-05-2017 spoke to Lindelwa Mathonsi she said she cannot pick up my application, done another application for R199.00 5Gb + 5Gb Night surfer & Huawei Router, Reference number she provided was REF:MAT ********** 3001 I call on 24-05-2017 spoke once again my luck to Sheldon he told me the reference number I provided is for an order for Gabriel Davids and my ID number has an application for 20 GB @ R449.00 Per Month, I instructed him to cancel the 20 GB deal as this is not what I app**** for, Telkom don't waste my time if you cannot assist with new business. You business ethic is pathetic and the staff in call centres don't know what they are doing. I have cancelled this order so ensure I am not billed for this & the product is not delivered to me.</p>
