No idea which are free Telkom numbers anymore?

I am completely disgusted with the way Telkom does business. I took out a contract which stated that I can call any landline Telkom number for free anytime. My assumption is that all numbers starting with 012 or 011 for example are Telkom landline numbers. To my surprise that is not the case. So now I have been charged for calls I have made to a 011 number that does not belong to Telkom and nobody bothered to clarify this? It is typical Telkom to do something like this. So now every time I want to make a call I first need to research the number on the data base on Google to see whom it belongs too? This is actually beyond ridiculous. I cannot wait until my contracts are terminated so I can permanently leave Telkom behind and out of my life. This is just one more of many complaints I have had against Telkom since I started with these current contracts. Telkom you really suck with your ridiculous "FREE" options you offer on your contracts. All you do is cost me money!!!! Luckily I have just months to go before this is all over once and for all. It will honestly be good riddance.
