NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cannot convert airtime bought to data.
NO CALLBACK from *** after 3 hours. NO HUMAN customer services on 081180. I loaded airtime to convert to data but cannot convert. It gave me 100 minutes which I dont want. WHY CAN'T WE REACH A HUMAN but on calling SALES, there is a response but they CANNOT ASSIST!

22 Sept 2025, 16:02Went into N1 city mall hoping to solve my issue. NO HELP AS THEY ONLY DO SALES ! I found out that my R50 went towards 100 minutes but I selected to buy AIRTIME so I could buy the R49 data 3+3Gb. They logged a CALLBACK. 2hours later and NO RESPONSE. Isn't this borderline-***** when money towards airtime goes to minutes ? TELKOM HAS NO FACE-TO-FACE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Think !
