No HP Supply for 3 Months and counting

I app**** for an HP deal from Telkom and have been waiting for 3 months for delivery. I have been told that there is no stock of the device yet month on month they keep having the deal on their catalogues which is misleading as they say they have been unable to get stock of that device but continue to sing up contracts for that deal. I have spoken to Howard from the Clearwater branch and he stated that there is nothing he can do as he is also waiting for stock, he then offered me the Lenovo deal but the amount is obviously higher. This is really disappointing for such a big company. I have been waiting too long, I need a response as soon as yesterday.
