No help when you need it!

Absolutely disgraceful service. I am going to be frank about it. I bought the one month unlimited LTE bundle and it continuously said it was out of bundle even though when I balance checked, there was 200 000 mb left, and, as an unlimited bundle, there shouldn't even be a cap. Thereafter trying to get help and assistance was a nightmare online. The numbers I called were either non existent or directed to bots who sent me to a generic help site where my issue could not even be stated. The WhatsApp help line only lets me buy data, which I do not need. I am going to have to go in person now to a telkom store. Very very disappointed!
