No Help whatsover to change my package from R599 x 24months - 4Mbps DSL/Fibre line to R599 month to month

I am trying to get hold of your sales department on 10213, holding on for dear life. have been sending messages on facebook to Telkom, from last week, no help whatsoever. I want to change my package from R599 x 24months to R599 month to month, because i have a wi fi router.

Is this so hard to get help from you. if i dont get response today, i will go in the branch today and cancel it, because i have never had bad service from you before, and if its starting now, i might as well not take this out with you.
