No help what so ever

I have launched numerous complaints about my account at telkom and all they say is they will get back to me. It has been more than a month, yet i have to keep paying every month, i should only pay for line rental, but on my account there are services added which i dont even have. they refuse to help me and keep on overcharging me every month. They are basically *****ing my money. useless service!
