No help, just worstening

I had a line here, which my ex then took the number of to another part of town. All I wanted was to be reconected with a new number. The guy that was here did not listen to the landlady who told here which box they worked on last time, behind my flat, instead then worked on the one in the front at the road. He said there was a problem underground and could not connect me, now my landlady has a problem with her telkom telephone line too!
