No help in slow speeds, paying for much more then getting

<p>i please need assistance on my line. since i moved to the new address i have been getting speeds of 1.6mb/s where i should be getting +-4mb/s. and upload speeds of 0.2mb/s. I have reported this numerous times and everytime just get an sms saying that it has been restored and then it is just exactly the same. I have spent so much airtime calling the callcentre to report. The chat with the agents from the website is so slow. I need help please!</p>
