NO Help given

I reported and URGENT repair of Mrs Ezekowitz telkom line on the 14 Nov already and have called numerous times for this to be repaired and looked at as there is cables hanging down (dangerous) and there is no lines working. The phones are in 100% working condition as they where tested at another premises telkom lines and was working. I told the operators numerous times these are very old ladies staying alone and need their line up ASAP but telkom don't care in helping they just care in getting their money! I think it is a splitter box and line issue and both needs to be check and confirmed so that it all can be repaired or replaced, thus check inside and outside the house!!!!
