No help from Telkom for integrated sim data

I have made approximately 10 calls and spoke to 10 different people. Not a single person can assist with an Integrated Sim. Some of the agents are clueless about that product/service and dont even know where to direct you. This is so frustrating as its the 2nd time I am having this problem. Nobody from Telkom is willing to help in any way. They continuously ask you to call and select a different option on the tele prompt.
