NO HELP FROM TELKOM AND NO NETWORK COVERAGE

I had my prepaid number for a few years now. But since Friday I have no network coverage. Can not make calls or receive them. This number is on all the documents of my kids schools. What if they need to call me? If I call telkom the robot says I must use self help on whatsapp. This is not working I need to speak to someone who can help me resolve this. Me and my husband have been clients for long now, but I think this year when he upgrades his contract, it is time for a change.
