No help from Telkom accounts department!!!

6 Months, 6 MONTHS!!!! Why can't Telkom just debit by account month end as per my CONTRACT!!!! Another penalty fee I had to pay for a unpaid debit order! I cannot believe how they can spite one for not assisting me to rectify my problem. Email after email!! Now, again, I must phone in, ask them to not block my number because of them being *********** to debit account the same way as the past 2+years
