No help from Telkom! A simple query!
Terrible service at telkom! A simple query that has taken 4 calls to the call centre (15 minutes long each). Then told that they cannot help, I need to go to an Istore (they couldnt help “its a telkim issue”) then back to two telkom stores (a call has now been logged!!) Cant believe that this is how their customers are treated!! I will never again open up a contract with them!
