NO help from telkom

i was on Friday 5 Feb at telkom kolenade centre. took out a contract, they said hour to be approved so i waited. Saturday i called them no answering after reading all the bad reviews on google about there no service. so i went on Sunday there nothing yet, so now the guy tells me its not hours its 72 so i must come back on Monday after i called and no answring , so i just waithed thusday i called again and mail no respons so whent there and tell me no thyt cant help me they need an i after i gave them my pasport now the lady tells me that they are not allowed to take my passport by they didn't know and on the application form there is an option for Pa****rt?
