NO HELP FROM TELKOM

I have been having problems with my second Sim on my Business LTE since December! I have called and called and called! I have bought a NEW Sim and app**** twice for a sim swap, and after calling AGAIN, I get told the sim swap has not been done after weeks! even after receiving emails of confirmation, PLEASE WHAT NEXT!!!!!
