No Help from telkom

Our business telephone lines is not working since 01 April 2015, We called to log a fault and the lady who answered our call said that they would send a technician out. On the 7th April we called again, they said we have to wait for a technician, it is now the 9th April and called this morning again there is basically nothing they can do. <br> I would like to emphasis that this is a BUSINESS we running!!!<br> We even escalated this problem online hoping this could be sorted. How is it that Telkom can be so unreliable and ***********? Please sort this problem out immediately our reference no 184BWK010415
