No help from SellDirect a Telkom districutor

Hi,<br> <br> I received a call from selldirect about a telkom offer which I took out and got delivered. <br> <br> I later had to call 4 times waiting approximately 12 minutes on a each call with no luck. I persevered for another 31 minutes until they picked up.<br> <br> Today I'm trying to call to get my proof of handset upgrade needed by an insurance company to insure my phone ASAP but not can't get to them. <br> <br> When they called for the offer the first time they told me an agent will call me to arrange insurance but never did.<br> <br> Selldirect is such a poor immature startup. They can't handle volumes so why bother do more sales.<br> <br> ADVICE: if you want an upgrade or new purchase please visit a Telkom direct store directly.<br> <br> I've learned my lesson.
