No help from Agent dealing with Old Mutual

You guys are absolutely useless. I asked for my old number to be ported to telkom on the 21st of May. Your agent said it could only happen on a Monday or Tuesday which sounded crazy in the first place. It is now a week later and Thursday and still my number hasn't been ported. No one can give me a reason when I call your agents. I haven't even been updated as to why it's taken so long. 2 weeks into my contract and I already want to cancel and get Cell C to buy my contract. They may not have the same level of coverage, but at least their service isn't a joke.
