No help for 3 months

This is now my 4th complaint about Telkom with absolutely no help from them! Each time I complain I get one call from someone who promises to get back to me but never does. I keep getting a telephone bill for the past 4 months for a line that I no longer have. All that I now want is for my account to be closed and the line to be cancelled. Please. I want nothing to do with this company that takes my money but gives absolutely no service or help. Please help me here- it's becoming extremely frustrating. I e mailed the cancellation that they requested but still no help or reply.
