No help at Call Centres.

We wanted to change a contract nr to a prepaid number, but then the nr was canceled. On Thursday 2019-12-05 they said it will take 3 working days. When I phoned today they said the number is still canceled. That is not the biggest problem. I phoned many nr's today but nobody could help me. Some of the nr's are 081182,10213,081180 and I spoke to Ntambi Thando and Timbelete, I also asked to speak to a supervisor - not available! Excuses like "cannot on my screen" "not my department" "phone this nr" and the best one "HOLD ON PLEASE!"
