No help at all!

Signed up for LTE, received router and 72hours later still not activated. Called multiple times with no success as being passed from pillar to post. Minimum waiting time in call queue...30 minutes??!! Chat doesn't work, call back was only quick when making the initial sale. Waiting for someone to answer the phone....
