No help at all

Waiting for someone to answer your call for almost 30min........ Then repeating your id like 4 times.... And the speaking toe them for an hour..... Not resolved the issue.... Transfer me to manager Audrey..... Waiting for her to pic up the phone for 20 min for her to cut the call on my ear!!!!!!!!! Call me !!!!! Sort out this **** or this will get worse!!!!!!!
