No Help and no team leader or manager ever around

Hi <br> <br> I have loaded so many complaints already for Telkom and I know this will go in file 13 again as they just don't care for their clients at all, they don't care if you have 1 or 4 contracts with them, they happy to lose your business as they have so much clients, I will not advise anyone to open contracts with them as their service is so bad there is just no words, been with them for over 4 years and will definitely not be renewing my contract end of this year, I have never seen a company that like this before, and to get hold of anyone senior to help is just not possible, you can only deal with their rude agents, please pass message around that people should not even look at them for contract, rates might be cheaper however you don't get any service for that and they make it known,
