No Help

Telkom. This will be my 2de report. Since 12 desember 2015 till now Feb2016. Many calls to call senter. 5 times in your store Greenacker Pe. My acc is terminated to no payment. Why??? Now. I change from smart 100 to unlimited lite and penalize with R6800. Store did not told me about that. Otherwise i wouldnt take that plan. When i spoke to store they said. You dont have to pay that. Mistake. Telkom was suppose to add the device to ur acc monthly and not one off.So fixed it!! So no service . i want to pay but tell me what to pay?ask from day one please help. Many emails to you and phone calls. Every time a new promise . now get a sms that telkom will take me to attorneys. What now???
