<p>I have been trying since Monday to contact the telkom contact center for adsl lines. My wifi hasn't been working for 5 days now. They promised to call me back when I did speak to them but nothing as yet.</p> <p>This is pathetic of a service provider. To wait on average 30 mins to speak to a technician and still not get through or speak to someone. If there are issues at your offices you should communicate.</p> <p>Im feed up it's not the first time this happened, and all I need to do is configure the settings and no help what so ever.</p>
