No go zone - Telkom online sales fell victim of being signed up for duplicate contract with no contractual consent on 2nd device

App**** for phone Iphone online and received 2 orders. One on the 14th and the next on the 15th. Sad part is I did not sign for delivery on the 2nd delivery. Been calling the call center almost daily ever since then and finally this past Monday, 21st a gentleman decided to loop me in mail requesting cancellation again but still no worry from Telkom. Phone still unopened and sitting at my home and no one contacting or collecting, Telkom agents however advised that I may have to pay both contracts, how shocking as I did not even legally agree to this.
