no free telkom mobile wifi pin no pin.

hi my name is michael de Lilly.<br> <br> Today like so many other I sent away an SMS to Telkom's 32707 for a voucher number pin.Then instead of getting a pin I received nothing.I use to phone in to the customer call centre bt it has taken so long in the past.On average it takes 10 minutes to get a pin via one of the agents.I know the SMS is going threw because the airtime gets deducted from my account.Every few days there is a problem with there SMS system. Why can't you fix it. Why don't you guys eventually send the Telkom WiFi pin, I don't mind waiting.It being a Sunday I didn't want to phone in to the call centre because at the end of the day it costs me more than R1to get a pin number and its probably not only me who has lost a R1 here or there, times that by a few hundred thousand then they making free money off non-service. Aswel there is not enough information if u got a problem with their service because unlike phoning in to your networks call centre which is free so it costs a lot phoning from a cellphone.
