We took the No Fooling Deal in April 2017 (contract for 2 years) after being on a month-to-month basis. This deal included free wifi rooter and wifi extender. On October's account we notice an added amount of R399 for a device. We phone Telkom and talked to Ms Pindile that referred us to the Telkom Branch in George (Oudtshoorn doesn't have a branch). We went to George the next Saturday morning. The assistant that helped us said that it was not necessary for us to visit the Branch and that a query could have been locked telephonically. She locked the query for us with case number ********** 8. She told us that they would contact us within three weeks. Until now no one has contacted us. Instead the line now has a suspension on. We of cause only paid the agreed R599 as we did every month since we start the contract. It look like we've been fooled all along.
