No followup on orders

Hello I have put a order through with telkom for wifi uncapped deal for R599.<br> So they took the money of my bank account, and said the order will take 5 to 7 days its now the 5th day and did not hear anything from them. Not even a mail or a invoice. I also still waiting for the sim and router and antenna that they suppose to give with deal. Every time they tell you too call them but you hold on like a hour just to get helped. And when you get someone they cant tell you anything.
