NO FOLLOW THROUGH

I moved from one service supplier to Telkom. Fundiswa was the saleslady that gave me excellent service in selling me a new contract, but after the sale everything went wrong! I am so disappointed because after phoning them about 20 times a day to try and get this port going, nothing happened! I had to get in my car and drove all the way to The Bridge, Greenacres again this morning to see what's happening. The REQUEST WAS NOW SENT THROUGH AGAIN! Now I have to wait another 24 to 48 hours before the porting will be done! So again, with the holiday in between, it is again wait and see if something will be done. AFTER SERVICE IS NON EXISTING!!!!
