No flippen callback but decisions made

<p>Yet a flippen again I have just phoned your useless call centre and a decision with regards to my query has been made and no1 has even bothered to call me back to discuss it. You are taking my money but you *****ed up. Where is the sense in that. I have flippen asked for a call back but no1 has to date called me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am going to stop my debit orders with telkom as I will not pay for the ***** up telkom made. </p> <p> </p> <p>I WANT A CALL BACK NOW..DO NOT JUST REFER THIS.. SHOW ME SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CALL ME BACK. IF NO CALL BACK IS RECIEVED I WILL CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER BY TOMORROW AND THAT'S A PROMISE</p>
