No Fixed LTE Service

STOP DELETING THIS POST ON Facebook and contact me! I’ve received a TELKOM fixed LTE sim on 26 Oct 2019 and on 5 October 2020 I published the following on TELKOM Facebook page: “Good day, It's actually a terrible last 6 months. I can not keep phoning your customer services and hold on forever, I'm a pensioner and to phone you is money down the drain. The LTE card number is *** and I'm located at Kameeldrift/Roodeplaat. Everybody in the community using TELKOM is very unhappy with the service. I'll give TELKOM 2 weeks to fix the issues (I'm gatvol) or I will cancel my LTE subscription at end of this month due to lack of service. I will also gather data every day from now on as evidence of basically NO SERVICE.”

TODAY: I’ve stopped payment due to no-service over a period of 1 year – TELKOM can view bandwidth used from October and will see zero data movement. Please cancel the fixed LTE account against my name. It seems as if it’s too much of an issue to obtain my email address from the TELKOM accounts department so please inbox me for my email address so that we can communicate properly. Following is the MESSENGER communication between CJ and myself on 5 Oct.2020: 5 Oct 2020, 15:13 Hi Jurie, please send us your house number and street name so that we can check this out for you. ^CJ

ME: Hi CJ, My address is: 245 Tambotiweg, Roodeplaat. The specific address is Plot 790b, Kameeldoring Street - just off Tambotiweg. see attached. The address on my account is completely incorrect and is on the western side of Pretoria. Your agent selling the product could have made a mistake? Regards.

CJ: We're unable to locate your address on our side. Can you perhaps send me the name of the school closest to you? ^CJ

ME: Die Poort Laerskool is 5km from me. The Kameeldrift Police Station is about 1km from me. I'm north of the police station. <and with that CJ disappeared>
