No feedback/status received for online order

I have been trying to contact Telkom for the past 2 days now regarding an order placed and have not received ANY feedback on the status of my order, I was not given a reference number or anything. PATHETIC SERVICE! I have even requested numerous call backs with no success. I would not recommend ANYONE to support telkom.
