No feedback/Knowledge on Product Enquiry

Good day Our company have a few branches. At the moment we have individual Telkom Internet and we would like to combine these into one Telkom Internet to be used between three users. The product we are interested in is Multisite Internet which is on your website. I have made numerous calls to 10213 but your Agents have no idea what I am talking about. I have Filled in a form on your Website 31/01/2018 - and requested an agent to call me. I did reveive an email back from Telkom which stated I will receive a call within 48 hours. It is now one week later and nobody has contacted me. I would really appreciate if someone could give me a call to assist me to apply for Multisite Internet Package. Please I need to speak to someone that know the product who will be able to answer all my questions.
