no feedback/delivery

I app**** for the black friday special of the samsung j7pro at R199 pm,got a call from telkom the following day to finalize the order,i was told that i had been approved and that i should expect delivery within 4-7 days,i haven't had any feedback ever since.Upon contacting the call center yesterday i was told that there is no record of my order ,i sent an email raising my concern and i am yet to recieve a response. I am utterly disappointed with the unprofessional conduct and the seemingly deceptive nature of your business practices,

Please provide feedback and advise on the status of my order.
