NO FEEDBACK WITH DATA ADDED WITHOUT PERMISSION
i logged a complaint on 6 April about data that was loaded onto my account without my permission, I got a call about 2 weeks ago to say that it is being looked at, and until now I have not received feedback. my reference number is ***5. my bill is due on 25th, and I am not going to pay for data that i have not loaded so i expect someone to resolve this issue immediately.
