No feedback till today

<p>Good Day, my name is portia, there was ***** done with my name some one opened a contract with Telkom and took two phones with my name, they have been debiting my account an amount of 2200, 2000 and 1300 and have been constantly goingto the bank to reverse the amout when i wentto Telkom they told me someone opened an a contract with them with my old ID as i am married now and have a new ID card, i gave them all the documents to support my statement and i was told that a case was opened and was given a case number:***1.</p> <p>this was alll done at Telkom Westgate mall., isent the lady thathelped me emails to ask for feedback but she nver rep****, i am so frustated as i will be blacklisted for something that i didnt take.</p>
