No feedback then more empty promises... oh yes it's Telkom

<p>I placed a complaint on this site after I've received no feedback from Telkom after a week of logging a fault about a dead landline. Someone from the Telkom Social Media department then contacted me about the complaint and "promised" that they will find out what's happening to the fault I've logged and get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well I think they've either also gave up in finding out what's happening or they just thought I would go away after their "promise".</p> <p> </p> <p>Now it's 4 days later and 2 weeks without a phone I'm still absolutely nowhere... </p> <p> </p>
