No Feedback since my last complain

<p>I'm following up on a complain i sent 2 weeks ago,i recieved an email stating that my complain will be attandet to with a reference number but ever since nothing has been communicated to me.</p> <p>A fradulent account opened on my name that i dont know about.</p>
