No feedback received from Telkom Mobile

I app**** online for a cellphone contract with Telkom Mobile on the 07/09. Their response was that an agent will call me within 48hours. Its been a week and a half and know one has called me to tell me if my application was successful or not and their site does not allow for me to track my application. This is very bad service.
