No Feedback received again after they approved my Cellphone Application as per the Agent

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist what is going on with my application.</p> <p> </p> <p>A consultant has called me and stating that my application has been approved for a Samsung s8 Plus. She told within 24 to 48 hrs they will debit my account. </p> <p> </p> <p>I never recieved any debit order so i called the Telkom Sales department and they advised that my contract has been declined.</p> <p> </p> <p>They told me it was approve and now it is a decline.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist cause this is frustrating.</p>
