A 2 month old Telkom router stopped working. Took this in to Clearwater Mall Telkom on Friday, 19 Feb 2016 @ 11:30, and Anna advised she will need to book this in. Said that she will email me the book-in confirmation later that day and NOTHING has come through yet. I tried calling the store for the past 2 hours and nobody answers the phone!!! I want this matter to be resolved by COB today as I need to know my router is actually gone in for repairs and able to track it. This is total incompetency...and this is not my first experience with ClearWater Mall Telkom. Their service is extremely pathetic!!! *********** idiots should be taken to task.
